هیچ مبارزه ای بدون سازماندهی پیش نمی رود. سازماندهی یعنی کار منظم جمعی. کار منظم یعنی کاری که در آن، نقش ها، وظایف و کارها تعریف شده است. هر جمعی که سازماندهی شده باشد می تواند به سوی اهداف خود حرکت کرده و موفق شود. هر جمع فاقد سازماندهی با شکست مواجه خواهد شد.
